Why Replace my Asphalt Shingles

Since my house is classic in design, I really need to think about if I needed to replace my asphalt shingles. Our house is basically constructed a few years ago by my father who is an architect wherein it is a two stories house with the rooms at the upper layer. You can also see that the outer part of the house is composed of wooden materials and brick veneers and the roofing system was designed using asphalt shingles. These shingles last for 25 years before the problem occurs. This is already fine considering the benefits we got from it during the past years. The problems that can be seen to the roofing system are curled and slightly removed form because of the storm. With this kind of problem, I really need to contact a roofing contractor that is capable of fixing these problems, which should know the perfect and essential things to consider. I also expect that the new asphalt shingles will be able to surpass the 25 years since they are made with new technology today as well as improved version as compared to the past.
